White Cake on all tiers. Two with raspberry mousse and rasberry jam type filling. The other two with a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate cream cheese fillings.

Berry Yummy

A friend of mine had a birthday recently so I surprised him with his favorite.. Cheesecake! Topped with Whipped topping, boysenberries and fresh strawberries.

While I was making this cake I had the Mickey Mouse Club theme song in my head! Including the part at the end when they are tossing him up in the air yelling "Yaaaayyy Mickey, Yaaaaayyy Mickey"..

Chocolate cake w/ fresh strawberries and whipped topping in the middle. Who knew this mouse could taste so dang good! Also made a mini-cake for the little man to smash in his face!

A good friend from high school asked me to do the honors of making her son's birthday cake. The cupcakes are lemon and the firefighter helmet cake is chocolate. It was my first time doing a helmet cake and I tried out a new chocolate cake recipe. Thanks Gabriel for being a good sport and letting your birthday cake be subject to my experiments!
