On a Monday morning I found out of one the ladies from USFS was getting married on Valentine's Day. Myself a few others quickly set about planning a small surprise bridal shower for her. I was asked to do a cake so I chose to do something I have never done.. a doll cake. I knew the bride and her groom were going to Las Vegas. She was going to be wearing a black knite type dress and holding red flowers. This chocolate creation was made in honor of the bride-to-be:

Make way for the Princess
Tiara cake for little Miss Peyton is white cake with strawberry filling. Adorned with white and pink candy pearls, pink and purple sugar sparkles and lots of sanding sugar to make it sparkle like every tiara should.
For the wee-ones there were chocolate cupcakes with candy castles on top. Just enough sweets to make the kids squeal with excitement!
Peyton even got her very own giant chocolate cupcake to celebrate her first borthday.

Sugar N Spice
Cupcakes! Cupcakes! Cupcakes Galore!!!! My bff was pregnant with a baby girl. SO, we did a girlie baby shower to the MAX! Sugar And Spice and Everything Nice. A large cake is yummy but what can be more tempting or scrumptious than a large assortment of cupcakes. Spice Cake w/ cheesecake filling, strawberry w/ cheesecake filling, chocolate w/ chocolate cake filling and lemon w/ lemon filling. Topped with whipped cream frosting and an assortment of sprinkles, color and candies.

What Are Those Letters For?
Baby blocks is a fun and creative way to make a cake and add-on little gifts for baby. Chocolate cake made it just that much better! We had a baby shower for a former co-worker and she had no idea the "C", "P", "M" on the front of the blocks were her daughters initials until I told her.
